How fast are the freeways going right now? How about the surface streets. Is there a car coming towards you really fast? Where is that ambulance or fire truck? On the micro level, I would love to see them behave a little better in stores. If I am in Barnes and Noble, provide me with a map of the store, the ability to search, and guide me to books. Don't make me wait around by that little kiosk that is locked for employees only.
